House Groveheart and King Gidein hold the crown. Day-to-day matters are handled by a Prime Minister, elected by the citizens every 45 days, and the cabinet they appoint.
Citizen affairs: immigration, housing and integration, plus handing out jobs and tasks.
Infrastructure and land use: maintaining buildings and railways and running new public works.
Business and trade: regulating shops, new trade relations, farms and emerald production.
Any active primary citizen can run for Prime Minister. Candidates declare for 72 hours, then citizens vote for 48 hours.
The High Magistrate runs a fair court, investigates crimes and settles disputes between citizens.
Under the High Marshal, the GroveGuard protects the people and lands of Groveheart.
Gidein starts building a settlement in the Duchy of :3, then part of the Principality of Nalora.
The Naloran Council unanimously approves Groveheart as its own state within the Imperial Federation.
Groveheart and neighbouring Withervale leave the Imperial Federation and form the Great Western Bay.
The Great Western Bay wins a short conflict against Thanis0077 and his mercenaries.
With the rest of the Bay inactive, Groveheart declares independence and starts to grow quickly.
The Imperial Federation sells the Alcantara peninsula back to Groveheart.
Groveheart, Salerno, the Imperial Federation and Skandic turn their defence pact into a global alliance.
Parliament is replaced by an elected Prime Minister who appoints a cabinet of ministers.
Groveheart City is the capital. Around it, citizens have founded towns and settlements of their own.
